Ready To Weld

Ready To Weld is a welding accessory that allows the user to establish, monitor, and qualify gas parameters by providing real-time feedback on gas dew point and oxygen level for the welding torch gas, as well as for the trailing shielding or backing purge gases.

Specifications:

bulletOperating Pressure: Since a slip stream of actual gas being measured is taken, the flowing gas pressure can be any value. The sample stream pressure should not exceed a few inches of water column.

bulletGas Flow Rate - Sample stream gas flow ≤ 3 ft³/hour
bulletOxygen Detection Range 10-1000 ppm, accuracy ± 20 ppm, reproducibility < 10 ppm
bulletMoisture Detection Range: -148º F to 68º F, accuracy 2.5º F, from -74º F to 68º F
