The M.W. Technologies DT-1 is an on-line system to accurately measure dough thickness at food plants. The 1.5% ± .5% accuracy - in the range of .000 -> .060 " of product thickness is achieved with a uniquely designed sensor carrier system. The system is accurate, consistent and repeatable enough to be used for process control. Easy to integrate, it is designed to readily adapt to the top of existing conveyors.
