VIS 1000 Semi Automatic

Inspection System Of Vials and Ampules

The VIS-1000 inspection system provide a simple, effective method of inspecting pharmaceutical vials and ampules. Both empty and filled product can be inspected with ease for a wide range of manufacturing flaws related to container and product integrity. The primary material handler in the patented roller conveyor designed to present product to the inspector in a controlled, repeatable manner. All material handling operations are automatic. Product rejection may be manual or automatic. The addition of a high speed spin mechanism provides the ability to inspect for particulate matter in liquid filled product.
