Ultrasonic Cutter System Model US3600-CH

The M.W. Technologies ultrasonic cutter system comes in two configurations. The US3600CH/G bridges an existing conveyor. The US3600-CH/C is equipped with it’s own conveyor. Both can accommodate widths from 12 to 60 inches. The system supports two to six ultrasonic horns. Blade assemblies can be configured with various pitches and knife edges

.The guillotine cutter is supported with "X" and "Z" independent servo drives. Operator interface and cutter control components are located in a separate control enclosure. Includes plexiglas guarding with hinged access panels and electrical interlocks.
