Sentinel 2000 Semi Automatic Inspection System Of Powder and Lyophilized Filled Product

The Sentinel 2000's turret transport system is the heart of this inspection machine. Designed for use in a class 100 clean room, it's use is not restricted to just that area. Both empty and powder/lyophilized filled product can be inspected with ease for a wide range of manufacturing flaws related to container fill or container integrity. The system can move product at rates in excess of 150ppm. Its flexibility permits vials to be transported in an index or continuous operating mode. In operation, this semi-automatic system can be managed by a single operator in series with photocell detectors or a vision system to perform a complete range of cosmetic inspections.
