ST-100 High Rate Tablet Diameter Sorter
The ST 100 High Rate Tablet Diameter Sorter can
achieve production rates up to 1,000,000 pieces per hour, depending on product size,
shape, and frictional characteristics. The ST 100 can be operated manually or
automatically loading the in-feed hopper. Product is dispensed onto a clear perforated,
reciprocating plate. The reciprocating motion causes the tablets to move across the
sorting plate until they drop through the size hole that directs them to a classifying
bin, i.e. undersize, correct, or oversized. The output of the sorter can be integrated
with tablet printing and packaging equipment. The unit is capable of sorting any size
tablet.
