Inspection System Of Syringes
The SIS 200 provides a unique effective method of inspecting syringes. Both empty and filled liquid product can be inspected with ease for a wide range of manufacturing flaws related to container fill or container integrity. The heart of the SIS 200 is the roller conveyor and indexing system. Designed to present product to the inspector in a controlled repeatable manner, it has the unique ability to index 1 to 5 products from 1 to 60 indexes/per minute per station*. The indexing system allows the system to be either hand loaded for slow speed/ low volume/ sensitive product runs or loaded automatically from the Hypak carrier with the optional de-nesting/product load module. Other options include a non-destructive railed reject station, a Hypak product re-nesting module, inkjet identification, product labeling, adjustable fiber optic overhead light, and a high speed spin station.* Index sequence dependent on inspection criteria and product properties.
