Automatic Thickness and Length Sorting Systems
The RS 200 Series of thickness and length
gauging sorters comprises a versatile group of machines that are available in 2,4,8, and
12 channel versions. Sorting improves product uniformity and helps to eliminate
operational problems with subsequent printing and packaging equipment. An available option
for use with multiple products is a programmable interface to control the machine's roller
rate, roller gap, and vibrator chute amplitude. The RS-200 series is designed to handle a
wide variety of sizes with no change parts. Another new option is a hopper sensor to
regulate the vibrator chute to clear all product from the system. Production rates up to
125,000 pieces per hour per channel.
