The standard machine, is equipped with a five roller spin station to inspect up to four products. Also standard, is the patented Black Hole Background reference backdrop. It is the only true pure black backdrop of it’s kind with no reflective properties. Optional features include a product edge and back Tyndal lighting. Other options available are a PLC control panel with a product select menu and 15º roller angle adjustment for powder product.
Production run times will be more predictable with the MIH-dxs’ programmable inspection sequence. This feature alone provides the repeatability of the inspection with every operator. The system is ideal for small production runs, clinical labs, re-work of rejects from fully automated machines, and as a validation tool for operators for this system and other in-line semi automatic inspection systems.
