The MIH-dx is the center piece of our MIH series of manual inspection hoods for particulate inspection of liquid filled vials and ampules.

The economical and compact MIH-dx was designed for applications where floor space is at a premium. The unit can be quickly situated on a desk, table, or workbench for inspection or processing functions.

The standard machine, is equipped with a stainless steel clad chassis, two bulb fluorescent lighting (20 watts each), adjustable non-glare black/white background, courtesy side shields, and a acoustical foam lined interior. Available options included the patented Black Hole Background reference backdrop. It is the only true pure black backdrop of it’s kind with no reflective properties. Other options include a product edge and back Tyndal lighting, Polarized viewing lens, Modification for clean room use and 15º adjustable bottom mirror for powder and lyophilized cake product..

The MIH-dx is ideal for small production runs, clinical labs, re-work of rejects from fully automated machines, and as a validation tool for operators for this system and other in-line semi automatic inspection systems.
