This stand alone unit is the basis of M.W. Technologies’ inspection station line. The space efficient design allows the unit to be positioned where needed on the operating floor. It can be moved conveniently to various positions and is easily stored between assignments. A full array of lighting and ergonomic features are available to customize these units for any inspection task.

The standard machine, is equipped with a color coordinated Formica chassis, two bulb fluorescent lighting (20 watts each), adjustable non-glare black/white background, courtesy side shields, and casters. Available options included the patented Black Hole Background reference backdrop. It is the only true pure black backdrop of it’s kind with no reflective properties. Other options include a Product edge and back Tyndal lighting, Polarized viewing lens, Acoustical foam lined interior, Magnifier, Stainless steel chassis, "5" roller manual feed spin station and 15º adjustable bottom mirror for powder and lyophilized cake product.

The MIH-1 is ideal for small volume and sensitive product production runs, clinical labs, re-work of rejects from fully automated machines, and as a validation tool for operators for this system and other in-line semi automatic inspection systems.
